Hello, I just recieved a stop sign ticket, adn I was wondering if I can fight it. There is a three way light that is not working yet, due to new construction. The have a visible stop sign on one side but not on the other. I thought it was a yeald instead

I drive company car . got letter of overspeeding asking to provide drivers details but i was not the driver ..i gave them drivers details (my friend who was driving that time) got letter again saying you provide false info . what i do need help

I live in VA and received a citation for "failure to obey traffic signal". The time that the officer put on the ticket was at a time I was standing in line at a store. Is this grounds for a dismissal?

Is it true that if you go to court for a traffic violation hearing with a plea of "not guilty" your case can get dismissed if the officer doesnt show up?

Cop wrote my court day as Nov. 29th... a Saturday. Court will be closed, if I show up Monday will it be dismissed?
