Of course not. Though, you would probably be dealt with more harshly during court, had you just committed a crime.

nope. the police do have the ability to handcuff you if they believe you are a danger to yourself but they do not have the ability to charge you.

Not in all countries. Unfortunately it's a crime to assist in Euthanasia in some countries.

yeah its not illegal where i live, they just keep you in A&E until you get a psychiatric assessment.
