Not all of them, knowing, there is no such thing as a perfect Christian. Anyone who says they are without sin is a liar. (1 John 1:8) Sin reveals itself through our thoughts and actions. It is a condition of the inner man/woman that God is transforming. 2 Corinthians 3:18 "And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit."

It's a sin (hence you are missing the mark). It actually states that whoever loves their life and wants to keep good days, should keep his tongue from evil. Hence, how you speak effects your health. We know this because being nasty can not only make us feel bad, but also make others feel bad. We were made in the image of God. How did God create? And He SAID "Let there be light, and there was light, and he saw it was GOOD." What he spoke into existence was all good. Hence, we too create what we speak. Words are energy, and energy affects people, quantum physics tells you we are all energy vibrating at a certain level, hence words are the manipulation of energy, and you can use that for good or evil, but it does have an effect and this is why cursing is a sin, and why we are told to love our enemies, forgive our enemies, anything negative harboured, negatively impacts us, we are meant to be light, and what did God say about Christ who was The Word, and the light? It was good, and what did Christ say "Love the Lord God, love your neighbour as yourself.
