Our lives are governed by finance Shadow, a life cycle of going to school to learn so we can get a job to support ourselves, push out some rugrats, support them, save for holidays, pay taxes, bills. I suppose it depends on your relationship with money, some people chase a dollar because it allows them to do things they couldn't without it, some are just trying to cover outgoings, while others are content with covering the basics, but basically Shadow, as they say, there are two things that are certain in this world "Death and Taxes."

Shadow Of The Mind Well said. I’m not sure of my relationship with money. In the past I spent money on many things and having little for the week but recently my financial life is improving. I don’t think about money too much these days but in the past money was on my mind a lot. -
Creamcrackered I think we change a lot through life and circumstance, I never really fell into the designer label malarkey, I knew my worth couldn't be determined by a fashion designer, my father taught us to be sensible with it. I don't have much, but I often enjoy the things that come free in life, walks in the country, looking after wildlife, volunteering, they say the more you have, the more you want, and the more effort you'll expend to protect it. -
Shadow Of The Mind That’s true we change through life and circumstance. So you’re a fashion designer, yes? Being sensible with money is wise. Now and again I make one off donations to certain charities. Certain things in life are free which you have mentioned. Also proper love and respect is free. I volunteer in a charity shop in my local area. How is your job going?
