Indeed, it is "thrice." Four times, however, is just "four times," at least according to the limits of what you find in the standard dictionary. Some have suggested "quarce," but it is definitely a nonstandard term.

Thrice or threefold. The suffix "fold" can be used with any positive number over one. It's the exact equivalent of the "ple" at the end of the Latinate quantifiers sometimes used: "duple (usually used only in music, I think), triple, quadruple, quintuple, sextuple, octuple, nonuple, decuple".

Besides thrice, you can say "threefold," "third time" or "triple."
