No one really knows what another is thinking 100% - do you agree?

You are entering undermining territory when you claim to know but really don't. It is a tear down behavior to say "I know what you are thinking." It is arrogant and being much too sure of yourself. Do you try and make your negative thoughts a reality that way. Just like a hypochondriac who is over anxious about their health they can come to believe their fantasy. Does a person act out their own fantasies by accusing others of "knowing what they are thinking.? Folks like this need to work out this issue. This can put a big wound in the foundation of a relationship.
