Could you tell me what is the difference about two capacity on the battery?

I found there are two different capacity on Lenovo L14M2P21 battery. One is 4050mah. The other is 3900mah. The lower capacity 3900mah is exact capacity for the battery in think. How do you think of it? You may refer to this website. ptbaterial.pt for the item details with picture.
