Yes, and as a young adult. What if my husband doesn't come back from his cruise? I learned as an adult not to play the game unless you're going to finish it. Usually its the not knowing that brings anxiety. Once you make a plan its not as scary. But I also learned that most of the things we worry about never happen and if you pray God's will be done then whatever happens is for a reason, so why worry about it?

You need to think about what you're saying!! You have the right to choose to worship any inferior god you wish. My God made the sun and moon we needed to survive, not one we would lust after because they are imagined to be made of more valuable substances. But a chunk of gold is not going to bring you heat or life energy like that gas sun does. God knows what He's doing and I'm not going to try to tell Him or anyone else what He should have made the sun and moon from. He's far wiser than you! And gold and silver wouldn't serve the purpose for which He created them, and they are not more valuable than the lives of His children. Live in your pretend world if you wish where a god makes useless chunks of things you determine to have value. I will always turn to my God who made the sun and moon exactly as they should be to provide us with what we need for life!
