Female is simply female, not suppose to be effeminate. Scripture says God has sons and daughters,, truly Godly women are not effeminate,, Scripture also says we who are female are also called sons of God.

I am indeed feminine. Girls usually are a bit girly and feminine. Guilty as charged lol.

Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind. I suppose it depends on which Bible translation you perfer.
