They don't do that to me. They're probably trying to help YOU correct YOUR mistakes.

That's because not everyone is a superstar like you. 😀

If it's unwanted behaviour tell them, if they persist then they have a problem, and are probably a grammar troll (someone who likes to control by lingering around in the comments section correcting grammar), there's no help for them. This is a Q and A site after all, not a grammar lesson.

I do not try to change anyone with the way they type but it’s like when you are at school learning the language to know the correct spelling and the right way to say things that communication is understood better. It is the person’s education in the language that matters. That doesn’t mean I’m changing them. It just means they can be understood by others reading their words. I think spelling and grammar is important in order to know what the person is saying. There is always room for learning depending on the person’s level of understanding. Some people need improvement while others are fast learners but also not everyone has the same intelligence as each other. If writing words is not your thing stick to other things you are good at. If you are a student at school, you will be corrected by the teacher because it is part of their job to teach the students.

Maybe they are just offering some "constructive criticism". 2/28/25
