how power full motor can run 10kw dinamo

i have 10kw dinamo motor and i need to run this dinamo to provide electricity so how power full motor is required to run it.

2-19-2017 Since you don't seem to know the words, you should not try to do any such thing. Hire an electrician. That will cost you something, but it's cheaper than a fire.
