It is one of the few things that does scare me to death.
-
No.
-
Of course I am!
-
Hope i don't get it but i don't give a **** about it! :D
-
Yep.
-
Cancer risk runs high in my family. I've got a pretty high chance of getting it, so I am doing what I can to not get it. Yes, I am, but it doesn't terrify me. It's just something I am cautious about.
-
"cancer is a piece of shit" it killed my grandma last year 2008 febuary 20 i love her and hope no one dies from it again
-
Yes.
-
very much so daily
-
Not scared but very aware, I have seen it destroy many loved ones.
-
i am scared it will come back on my father.
-
It is very scary but I try not to let that get in the way of living. My grandmother worried about getting cancer her entire life and ended up dying of heart failure.
-
I never had cancer, but I would not want to the feeling of It +)
-
I'm scared of what it has done to my family and continues to do so. I lost my aunt 10 yrs ago, my mother aged 61 last year and my cousin has now been diagnosed aged 34. I am terrified but living in fear isn't the answer. I live my life and count every day as a blessing.
-
I think most of us have had it or at least knows someone who has had it.. why can't they find a cure?
-
Petrified of it. I would say it is my greatest fear. A horrible illness and way to die, i have every sympathy for anyone who has this terrible disease.
-
Yes, a little. It seems to run in my family. I guess I should quit smoking, eh?
-
Very
-
I would not say scared just a little concerned every now and then. Both of my parents died of it.
-
It is one of my biggest fears in life, and has been for years. It was great to find the latest studies purporting a 20 - 50% dietary cancer influence as I am a vegetarian!
-
personally? nope for my family? yeah, kinda
-
No.
-
not really. if it happens then it happens, nothing I can do about it besides try to prevent it from occuring.
-
NO!
-
somewhat, but I know that Jesus has conquered death, so I have nothing to fear.
-
No I am not scared of anything. If you get it, treat it, if the treatment doesn't work you die. Simple, everybody has to die, when that is nobody knows. So live your life like there is never any tomorrow but make sure if there is you have not ruined it. Simple....

Thanks to everyone to you all +3, I'm only sorry I can't give more, great answers, and I'm am truly sorry to all of you that have been affected one way or another by this horrible disease, thanks : ) and best wishes
-
Yeah! But it's actually the "pain" related to it!
-
Yes, my mothers' side of the family is ravaged by Breast Cancer and my dad had a cancerous mole removed from the top of his head when he was my age. So I'm quite paranoid when it comes to getting screened regularly.
-
Not really, but I do my best to prevent cancer, like I don't smoke, I eat plenty of anti-cancer fruit and vegetables, I cut down on fat and red meat, etc +4
-
no, it's the Pisces you gotta watch out for. but seriously, yes, cancer would suck big time.
-
some cancers are worse than others. so if got really bad cancer ide be scared. but if it was no big deal cancer like hair cancer or toenail cancer, even testicle cancer i would care. cuz they just shave and or cut it off.

Thank God, not anymore. My uncle passed away with cancer, I watched him die for three months. I was with him 24/7. He died at 50years. My aunt died at 42, my grandad died at 80. Its something that has to be dealt with. I work for a local cancer charity now and it has made me stronger towards it. When you hear of people who are terminal you have to be so lucky its not you for another while (1 in 3). Its hard but at least it gives you time to prepare. It would be worse if you had an argument with your S/O and walked out through the door and got knocked down without saying "goodbye, I love you".
