It's only bad if you suffer from calcium oxalate kidney stones. If you suffer from kidney stones you can still enjoy the tea, just drink a lot of water before and after to dilute the chemical concentration in your bladder.

If drinking tea is bad for you, I should be dead by now. Whats good for one person may not be good for another. Balance is the key and listening to your body. I grew up on black tea with lemon and sugar every day, morning noon and/or night. There was an 8 cup pot on the stove that we drank hot, cold or room temperature.
