it depends why im calling them. if i just a few questions im sweet and innocent, when im upset with them im not very nice. :) when i answer the phone im always sweet and nice and always have a smile on my face.

No, I'm just the same as always. I don't like making calls so probably sound quite nervous. It rather annoys me when people put on a posh voice to answer the phone. If they are normally posh, it doesn't bother me. I guess it is the pretence factor that gets me.
