When you make cheese bread do you put red sauce between the bread and cheese?
Or do you dip the hot bread in the sauce? Do you prefer Ranch or garlic?

Is cheese bread what we call cheese on toast? If it is, yes. I put onion on top of the ketchup, use grated cheese (extra mature cheddar) then grind black pepper on top before putting it under the grill.
