Feet are full of hives and swollen. Does anyone know if PREDNISONE can be taken to relieve these symptoms?

I suggest seeing Benadryl, not prednisone. Prednisone is a steroidal anti-inflammatory, and will not take care of the histamine that is causing you to break out in hives. But I urge you to seek medical attention, especially because of the swelling.
