lol well i would say a big screen tv instead of a priest, a grill and a beer keg instead of champagne and a wedding cake. oh and the wife to be instead of a wedding dress... a wedding birtday suit.
-
T-shirts, a heavy metal band, an open bar and many kegs.
-
Wedding dresses would be replaced by Togas

I'm sure that's what the courthouse weddings are. :)
-
An enormous Marquis, filled with tables of crates of beer, no food, just alcohol. A big plasma screen tv hung high, showing all the sports highlights ha!
-
Completely unguilded and minimalist, dark colors and good music.
-
What a great question... You remember that show Cheers??? Well, there you go.
-
There never would be one. ha,ha!!!;-)
-
The minister performing the ceremony would be a fully ordained stripper.
-
Cheapest, fastest possible, then party at a bar. Everyone "come as you are and BYOB" gee, sounds like a Biker wedding or two I been to.
-
Open bar, topless waitresses serving non-stop each table, huge menu to choose from, and the reception runs for days! During the ceremony all that is necessary is to say 'I do',and then it's official!
-
watch "dont tell the bride" you will be amazed at the fantastic lengths men go to x
-
they would be performed at the local strip club!!
-
What an interesting question. I think they would be about as simple as possible. Like, next to the beach with no decorations, just fold out chairs.
-
Watch the CMT channel... The show is called My redneck wedding. A football themed party with pork and some kind of stripper?
-
Well, first of all they would be held in a hot tub. Keggers, BBQ, pit bulls to guard the property. Oh the horror of it!
-
A tailgate party. Or tailhook, one.
-
I assume you're talking about (typical) straight men here.. It would probably be pretty quick, not many frills and a whole lot cheaper. Lots of beer. Like a Superbowl Party. In fact, the guests might forget they're attending a wedding. Might be fun .... sorta.

Mine would have been almost as lovely as it was! My husband did the majority of the in-person planning since I was living long distance at the time. I did what I could do from where I was, ie, making the invitations, programs, floral arrangements, centerpieces, etc., etc. He did consult me, but it was pretty much whatever he thought was best since I wasn't there to judge. He may have missed some of the smaller details, but it still would have been lovely. However, in general, I have to agree with most of the answers here. My husband is the exception to the rule.
