I would think maybe North Dakota because it is statistically the cheapest place. The only problem is that it is also statistically the most boring place.

I live in Missouri, and hear that we have the lowest rates in the country. It was 3.36 yesterday, but went up about 20 cents today.

I heard California because the gas doesn't have to be transported that far to them. In SC today it is 3.53
