Do you mean that the gas would cost more than the vehicle? Man. I don't think so. At that point I might resort to using public transportation and pay $2.50. Bike riding is also an option.

No cars have gone up in price a lot in the last 5 years , for most older cars on the road they still cost a years worth of fuel to buy. Alone with maintianing them, If the car can't pass a critical safety test its fixed or scraped the age of the old bloke driving the heap of shit is gone. I have no sympathy when morons cars are being crushed because they are unroadworthy.
