Are you supposed to do that? I never have. No one told me.
-
Every time I open the case (about once every six months or so).
-
Never. IDK if my boyfriend does it for me, but I sure don't.

Computers have fans??? ;-)
-
never
-
Never. I have a Dell XPS 710 H2c, which has a liquid radiator and a thermoelectric cooling module.
-
Not often enough. Geesh, thanks for making me feel like a dead beat computer owner.
-
After it dies, about once a year
-
i do it once a month, when i de-frag and clean up my computer. Its necessary to do when i design sites. I send/recieve/code/resend so many files that my computer needs to be well not a pile of goop. Its great it helps keep the temp down, i recommend once a month just clean it out.

I clean them whenever I get time. I last cleaned it before 3 months.
-
4x a year at least
-
Every six to eight weeks depending how often i even turn this thing on.
-
At least once every two weeks. Then again, I have a lot of fans; CPU, case top, case side, power supply, and TWO on my graphics card. Despite all that, it still runs warm, especially when I am gaming. You would think that a 53 CFM fan would be enough to cool a Radeon, but nooOOOooo!!

Once a month since cats are here. The computer is small and i have cardboard over it with a hole for the fan duct I made. Takes a minute to clean.
