i have found a vailable solution. you can check device manager in your computer,and found out under batteries, there is battery that "meets Microsoft ACP1 control method".

IHow old is the battery? If it's more than two years then it's likely dead. Otherwise it could be a settings issue.

take it to a connputer store and they will help you with it

Jump it off anouther battery and put some charge into the battery may do it. Get a new battery is probably the best answer.Unless its a software issue and you need to register the battery cant help you with that.
