  • i have found a vailable solution. you can check device manager in your computer,and found out under batteries, there is battery that "meets Microsoft ACP1 control method".
  • IHow old is the battery? If it's more than two years then it's likely dead. Otherwise it could be a settings issue.
  • take it to a connputer store and they will help you with it
  • Jump it off anouther battery and put some charge into the battery may do it. Get a new battery is probably the best answer.Unless its a software issue and you need to register the battery cant help you with that.
