Tough question, Chris..I "need" my two cups of coffee in the morning...I "need" to get on AB and play with my friends while I'm drinking my coffee..Now, the computer is on a low pass-through table to the kitchen..so I guess it would be that area..the table is part of the kitchen..I sit on the dining room side with the computer. But I also watch MSNBC daily..it is my default channel when Jim is out and about. I'd hate to give that up..the TV is in the living room..now, we can't forget the bathroom, can we? How can that not be valuable? O.K. I give up..I can't choose! :(

My bedroom. That's where all my day's troubles end and the fun begins (wink).
-
Family room has all the electronics and crap in it.

So much of the house is open and not many rooms, I guess I'd have to say the downstairs , maybe the living room part, with the piano and the sofa
-
Mentally it's my living room. TV, games, movies... all that's in there. Money-wise, it's my kitchen. The fridge, flooring, cabinets, etc are all relatively new and much more total cost than everything in the living room, even furniture.

Our spa room is..We have a sauna and hot tub in there that we use at the end of a busy day.Hmmm..Nice...

Where the throne is. You gain more equity with a bathroom addition.
-
The one with the safe :)
-
Whichever room I am in.

Logically, from a scientific viewpoint, it would have to be the bathroom, for anybody. Unless you like living in feces and not being able to bath. You could take an iphone or laptop in there if you wanted to, if you just have to have it be your 'favourite' room, as well, which it looks like some of you think this question is asking.

Basement yo... It's the 'command center' C...
-
Mine. Aha. Why? Because it's got me in it :)
-
can is say rooms?? the valuable ROOMS in my house is ofcourse my room and my parents room in our old house and the same rooms plus our entertainment room for our new house. :)

From the perspective of material costs with or without appliances, it is most likely the kitchen. If you consider FURNISHED rooms, it is most likely going to be the great room or family room, depending upon where the largest volume of electronics are located. Often times, it is a draw. ;-)
-
living room. It's where ALL the expensive stuff is and where I spend 80% of my day.
