  • Probably. It depends on the circumstances.
  • Regardless of the no parking zone, there was still negligence. Yes.....still liable....sorry.
  • Yes. You, as a driver, are to be in control of your vehicle at all times. If it were a person there instead of a car, you would be guilty, so of course a car would be your responsibility.
  • Probably. Even though it's really Karma that's responsible.
  • UH, I disagree, If you are Breaking the law in the first place YOU are liable, no the Hit-E!!
  • Of course. That doesn't mean that the policeman taking the report couldn't fine you for your own infraction.
  • Both are at-fault. Here is another example of why............... Man driving on the interstate had a flat tire and was trying to make it to an off-ramp to a service station. he was traveling 45 mph in a 70 mph zone. Dump truck comes around a corner, on the interstate, and plows into the rear end of the flat tire auto. Who is at-fault here? Both are. the flat tire driver for impeding traffic and causing a serious traffic hazard and the dump truck driver for failing to have his vehicle under control.
  • if a fire truck was pushing it out of the way, then no they wouldn't be liable
  • I don't know, but it would serve the owner of the wrongly-parked car right.
