I walk and run on my toes unless my shoes are stiff enough to force me to go flat.

is it possible to learn how to run heal-toe??? I run on the ball of my foot. Is it also possile to learn how ot run my way with the ball of your foot??

I prefer placing my ball down first. I even walk that way at times, even barefoot. It's just easier for me.

12-24-2016 Heel. I can't understand how a person can run on tippytoes, even though I have seen competitive runners do it.
