If you remember what town you got it in you can call the traffic court there and track down all the info you need to pay the ticket.. You may need to know your licence plate number and driver's licence number but they should be able to help you out or at least point you in the right direction...

you can contact the Centralized Infractions Bureau (CIB) (860) 263-2750. Once tickets are in the system, a copy should be sent to them. If it's not in the system than they can't help you

Call your local traffic court. give them your name, address and drivers license number. They will mail you a copy of the original traffic citation.
