Do we oh great something else to worry about besides the wrinkles, grey hair and holding on to my own teeth now im going to shrink as well lol.

I think it is caused my very small stress fractures of the bones. It can worsen if calcium isn't absorbed properly. I am not entirely certain, but this is something I've heard.

The cartelidge in your spine and knees, etc. compact down so for each vertabrae you might lose only a fraction of an inch, but over all of the vertebrae it might drop you a few inches. Gravitiy gets us all in time.
