  • I don't think Answerbag staff will give you assistance to your request.

It wasn't really for them, but if violations of civil liberties continue I will report it beyond this site. I don't care about myself, but people need to learn this kind of behavior is unacceptable! And I need to take my own advice as well.
  • I have never had the need to contact Answerbag over harassment. The only time I had to contact them was for being placed on the PB for supposedly 60 days. At that time, I was unaware of flagging hateful comments. I found the thread that got me boxed. I contacted Answerbag and I left them the link, saying the other user attacks me with profanity and I get sent to the PB??? They never replied back, but a few days later, it appeared they read my message, cause I got out of the PB. Trolls don't bother me, they keep me entertained. What I don't tolerate are threats and insults. Here is their email address: support@answerbag.com From the Answerbag Terms of Service: "19. CUSTOMER SUPPORT. We have no obligation to provide you with customer support of any kind. However, we may provide you with customer support from time to time, at our sole discretion, if you have created an Account and you submit your customer support questions using your Account."

For those I cared enough to flag and check back on it usually takes a day or two for it to be deleted. And it has been. I'm glad you got your situation resolved. Thank you for posting the address again for those who need it. I'm hoping my situation has already been resolved. Sometimes just knowing there is a line and there are some people who don't run is enough.

Awww! Now I wish I had copied my comment before it went with the answer. It was a good one and I could have used it again.

Just give it some time. If anyone contacts Customer Support to report a user, I am certain the situation got the point were an AB'er has had enough. Cyberbullying is harassment that happens online. I would suggest flagging offensive posts or information that might appear as spam before escalating the issue.

I'm glad someone got a response. My account as "Hardcore Conservative" was deactivated for some reason after getting put in the PB. I had no idea why or what response I had made to warrant such a move. I let it sit for over a month and never once got a reply from AB. Hence, I had to start my new account as Archie.

Archie Bunker, Answerbag is not obligated to reply back. They also have the right to terminate and block accounts depending on the circumstances. I've seen various users come and go. These were some of the most hostile AB'ers. Many of their posts were flagged, so it was just a matter of time to see them leave the platform.
  • I think you can use the "Trolling" report abuse button. It's not fun being harassed
    • Linda Joy
I don't think the trolling button was there when I posted this. Thank you, though.

      No problem
