Thoughts tend to happen to you unless you engage in them. It's a bit like a library throwing out ideas based on prior experience, knowledge, and even random things.

Having "bad thoughts" will not send anyone to Hell. Rejecting Yeshua Jesus, not having Him for your Saviour, will send you to Hell. There is nowhere in the Bible that having premarital sex is a sin, not in the Old or the New Testament. Fornication is not premarital sex. Adultery has nothing to do with sex (Strong's 5003) It has only to do with breaking wedlock.
