He didn't. He was depending on Wonder Weapons. However the one wonder weapon he had, the Jet, was used a bomber not as a fighter. Bad decision because he already had the Stuka. He also needed pilots and gasoline were also scarce. By January 1945 Hitler was in the Bunker, so honestly he had no real chance of success if his own country was overrun with enemy soldiers he had to go beneath it. lol
