What is Brain Fog like?
I'm 68 tears old and have arthritis. I wonder if I suffer brain fog. or do I drink too much coffee. Sometimes I get lost in my thoughts and can't remember easy stuff. Is this brain fog?

Can't think of words, so end up describing things related to the word. Forgetfulness. Getting words back to front. All you can do is laugh about it, and hope it doesn't happen during important conversations.
