I'd give them food and drink, and call an ambulance (usually in the UK the decisions are made whether police, ambulance or mental health should be sent, given the situation. I'd say there are more uncivil conceited numpties in government that a feral human under my porch. If only animal control could deal with politicians now there's a thought.
