Not sure exactly to which event this question refers, but, as of early June 2023, there has been some violence between Serbia and Kosovo over a few contested local elections where Albanians were elected after Serbs boycotted election day. NATO is supposedly there to de-escalate the situation; however, with Serbia being a strong ally with Russia and with the tension between NATO and Russia, there are likely more undertones to this move than anyone could count.

What governments do best: Blowing tax dollars and meddling in the lives of others! But I don't blame the soldiers. I believe they are trying to do the right thing.
