  • History books only matter if you want to understand the world the way it used to be like.

      History is told by who controls the present its their view of what happened. Most are to ashamed to say we killed the natives and took their land.

      Certain history books are accurate such as the history of a place in the world. Other history books are not accurate and come from speculation such as dinosaurs because people did not exist at the same time as dinosaurs.

      Thanks for your question. History is "reinforced" through the use of textbooks used in teaching history, and it consists of making arguments about what happened in the past on the basis of what people recorded (in written documents, cultural artifacts or oral traditions) at the time. Without history books, we have no history to remember, not even your answer or your other posts being recorded on Google.
