I still like my eight hours. At uni as a Freshman I tried to stay up all night to study. Disaster. Even when I felt that I hadn't studied enough (which happened often), I learned that I performed better with a good night's sleep before the test than I did if I stayed up all night refreshing my memory and boosting my confidence.

I focus better on eight hours sleep per night .

I would say at least 6-8 hours

8 and a half hours. Any less and I am tired for the rest of the day

I need like 6-8 hours to feel good and well rested.
