Yes! Especially before my sleep apnea was diagnosed! And my first night with that machine on I woke up at 2am to pee and felt better rested than I usually did after a full 6 hours! It can also be other health issues like anemia, low blood sugar, low thyroid, digestive issues vitamin deficiency or something as simple as caffeine withdrawal or a partner who snores or has muscle spasms in their sleep.

yes. I think that the temperature at which one is sleeping is important. Different temperature can help sleep better.
