Hi 1465, well they say that everyone that has tried to implement a communist state which is basically defined as a political ideology that believes in a stateless or class less society, which thinks in terms of the society as a whole, and where the community makes all major decisions, not the Bourgeoisie; has always failed because it results in dictatorship. Whereas some state that communism is against human nature which is naturally competitive. So capitalism is probably more in line with survival of the fittest or more intelligent, motivated or manipulative, ie Darwinian, than Christianity. In a world that functions through an economy, or where others have to work in jobs that are more high risk, then their wages should reflect that, and so their living circumstances improve. That said totalitarianism can be seen in capitalism, socialism and communism. So the socialism in America is Democratic socialism, where it is owned both as a collective and by a democracy. Socialism alone is committed to the public ownership, and demise of private ownership, where as democratic socialism does not advocate complete nationalism of all properties.

The bible says in Exodous 20:9 "Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: And in Genesis 3:19 He says "By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food until you return to the ground," And the story of Ruth tells us also that we need to work for our sustenance regardless of the hard times that befall us! But it also shows us how if we do our best Jesus will make up the rest. And that everyone needs to leave some for the less fortunate/share. The poor were not put here to prove the government should take care of them. They were put here to prove the individual humanitarian effort of everyone else!!
