Can I return used and opened makeup back to Walmart?
I still have my receipt and I paid with cash. The foundation didn't match my skin tone and the eyeshadow made my lids itchy.

Most places, in my experience, will take back make-up, because how do you know whether it works on you unless you can open it and try it? I don't know Walmart's policy, but it's worth a shot. Make sure you have the receipt, though. They will have no obligation to take back the item without one. Oh, and it shouldn't be obvious that you've used a lot of the product. It should be barely used, so they know you tried it just once and realized it wasn't right for you.
