They actually pretty much do. It's a misconception that they don't. Just a few years ago, a study found that they had either the same vitamin content OR the frozen vegetables tended to have a slightly higher content. Problems can arise, though, if the frozen vegetables have added salt, butter, etc. Otherwise, they are just fine in terms of nutritional value.

Yes I am quite sure they do, They are frozen as soon as they are picked so they do not have time to deteriorate..
