    Online usually 6+ hours a day, pretty much everyday. On the phone? It can go days or even weeks without ringing, or anyone leaving a message. Outgoing calls are pretty much just to check if a product came back in stock, if a store sells it, bus route info line, and so on. I don't appreciate yapping on the phone, and anyone that gets too conversational soon gets cut off. Have not actually timed phone use, but I feel safe to say it's negligible.
