That depends on what you consider an improvement. I think he will relax immigration laws in exchange for their votes and give away more of the taxpayers money and raise taxes to do it. I think what should be done is that laws should be changed, but illegals should be deported. We can't risk infection because someone was smuggled in infected. There must be a detention period with infection monitoring and treatment, but only to those who enter legally. And those with ties to terrorist groups need to be screened out. The laws are there to keep us safe. Just letting everyone in will flood the hospitals and social services with more than they can provide for. You will see the rest of the country looking like California where the homeless are shitting in the streets and leaving drug needles all over the place!
