I know exactly how it is in Los Angeles with the city's nightmarish traffic. People stuck in traffic jams do not want their eating options limited. I think it's a great idea how Burger King unveiled their plan of delivering food on motorcycles. To define the "The Traffic Jam Whopper," that's what I call fast food at its finest.

Linda JoyTheir options are not limited. They can stop anywhere they want before getting into the traffic or even simpler pack a snack. I keep peanuts or sunflower seeds in my bag in case I run later than planned and I ALWAYS keep a drink, usually water. When I first heard this I thought they'd be using drones. But I think for simplicity and efficiency they load a bike up with these meals and they can deliver to several in the same vacinity. Do you think others will join or do you think it will die off due to limited variety?

Jenny The Great ⭐Quote: "Their options are not limited. They can stop anywhere they want before getting into the traffic or even simpler pack a snack." It's easy for you to say since you live in Alabama or at least that's what your profile said a while back.

Jenny The Great ⭐To tell you by firsthand experience of life in Los Angeles: working people rarely have the time to stop somewhere to eat during morning and afternoon hours. Living in the second largest city of the US is life beyond the fast lane. What goes on in traffic jams on a daily basis: drivers change clothes inside their vehicles, women are applying makeup, men are shaving, magazines are being read, cell phones are used for 30 minutes to an hour, food is eaten and etc. I actually prefer to eat healthy snacks in a bag, but (knowing fast food restaurants have become a major part of the American addiction), it is not a bad idea to have food delivered during traffic jams. To your question about others joining, keep in mind that everything is business.

bostjan the adequate 🥉Detroit has a tenth as much traffic as LA, and, when I lived there, I was, on occasion, stuck in traffic for several hours at a time. Sometimes you'll only move a couple meters in an hour's time. It's not like you can just bail out of your car and walk to McDonald's and then walk back and expect your car to still be not-on-fire.

Jenny The Great ⭐bostjan64, I have never heard of Detroit having bad traffic. The Top 5 cities in the US with the worst traffic congestion include: 1. Los Angeles 2. New York 3. Miami 4. San Francisco 5. Baton Rouge I'm sure Detroit is not far away from the Top 10 spot.

I don't know. Sounds awful for the folks doing the deliveries. Lane splitting is legal in California but many drivers don't know it. They can get aggressive and do things like open doors onto motorcyclists.
