Cant hear internal voice please HELP
I will make this brief but the main problem I've been having is that I cannot hear my internal voice, yes we all have one and I've looked extensively and have tried very hard to solve this problem I have what I call silent thought which is basically the thought process only it is lacking a voice no matter what I do I can not hear it for more than a second or two SOMETIMES I have no control over it I feel I have forgotten how to think no schizophrenia couldn't find category details: I just have silent thought I have tried many different things to generate the voice but I only really hear bits of it in my head when laying down at nite
