please help.. i think that i was scammed online!
hey everybody. so i ordered a dress, payed for it and it did not arrive when it should, i still dont have it. i was trying to email the website but they were ignoring me at first, then i told them that police will be informed and they responded that they were on holiday, i want to get a full refund for the 'rush order', the dress which havent been made and shipping because it havent been send out.. they are still ignoring my messages and they are telling me that i can only get some money refunded.. please help, its not 20 quid, its 150 pounds which i could spend paying my bills..

Contact the appropriate entity with a good lawyer!
