Is there a good way to train running asthma?
I am planning to join the military in about a year and a half and need some help with learning to train my asthma, the only time i have asthma attacks are when i am running outdoors, i can bike my 15 miles in an hour easily with no trouble and can do fairly high intensity swimming and lifting without asthma attacks but running gets me more often than i would like it to, is there any way at all to train the asthma so i don't have attacks when i'm running?
