Christians are God's ambassadors to teach and warn the ungodly of what's to come if they don't repent. 2 Peter 3:9 "The Lord is not slow to fulfill His promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance."

Our old man nature is so contrary to God's direction that, unless it is overcome by God's Word and the renewed mind, a person will attempt to direct the Lord as to what He ought to do. Not all Christians do that, but some do, and of those who do, you have basically three types that do that. (1) The Christians who know the Bible pretty well and who are basically quoting the Bible., without adding or subtracting from it (2) The Christians who imagine that whatever they believe to be true and right and wrong is what God believes to be true and right and wrong (3) The Christians who do both of those things - sometimes based directly on the Bible, sometimes based on nothing more than their personal (non-Bible-based) beliefs *** "did God create non-believers to be persecuted" - Well...Christians don't do much persecuting these days. *** "By condemning them to Hell, how do you know if you are failing God’s test?" - I gotta admit...I don't hear many people "condemning other people to Hell". Sure: there are still fire and brimstone preachers, and they have their followers...but the overwhelming majority of Christians don't follow such preachers. Besides: how COULD a Christian "condemn someone to Hell"? Perhaps you meant something else?

I've known a lot of people who practice Christianity, but not a single one professes to know what God knows - Satan did but no one else. For someone who slams Christians for being judgmental, you're doing a good job of it, yourself. Quoting Matthew 7:4, you don't see that it refers to yourself as well. As long as you're into quotes, let's add John 8:7 where the scribes and Pharisees brought a woman guilty of adultery to Jesus and was about to be stoned: He said, "He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her."

I don't know any that do this for I do not know the future. Perhaps you are on the path to hell but I was on that way myself once. Christ died for my sins and hopefully you will come to the realization that he died just as much for yours as well. Read Ephesians 2. Hi, I don't think that's how it works, imagine you watched a movie, of course by watching it, you knew what happened, but it doesn't mean that prior to the movie, you knew what the actors would do. I'm not condemning people to hell, in fact I think the bible says bring no rallying accusation, but simply say, may the Lord rebuke you. But of course if you spend long enough in a hairdressers, you are going to get a haircut, hence Paul preaches to mix with your own kind, those who are attempting to follow Christ, while trying to snatch those out of the fire, that you can, of course some don't want to be snatched out of the fire, because they think it's a bunch of nonsense. However, Paul mainly talks about those within your circle and bringing them back to the fold if they stray. You can preach, but then it says shake the dirt off your feet and move on. I trust that with sin, God increases grace, but of course there is an end point, so it will be done fairly, even Paul mentions handing them over to satan, so that they can do away with the flesh, ie sometimes you have to keep doing the thing that's harming you, until you reach rock bottom, (hopefully not death), and turn over your will. God calls Christians to be the temple of God, for him to dwell in, and that is why it is very important what we do with our bodies, and what comes out of ours mouths, for he calls us to be Holy, like the father is holy, I will admit I'm a sinner, and I pray for Gods mercy, so that I can do away with my ego/flesh nature which is enmity with God. Acts 21:20 "…Thou seest, brother, how many thousands of Jews [Judeans] there are which believe; and they are all zealous of the law:" We must accept and enter into the reality of the mystery (themystery.22web.org) and the Church of Grace, the believer's perfect standing before God through Christ, and God's justification of every believer by the faith of Christ and salvation of him by grace. Today there is a greater law to the church than the ten commandments. We have the law of the love of God in Christ Jesus. Romans 8:1-4 "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us..." Will we keep the ten commandments if we live love with the power of God in us and the renewed mind? Definitely, because we live by an even greater law.

The Church (which is the body of Christ) is often used to do God's will. And why bother trying to figure out another person's mind? What is YOUR motivation? Christians are also individuals with opinions. If you want to know what a particular person thinks, the best way to know is to ask THEM. However I see how our input and opinions might help you learn, if that's your goal that's one discussion. But I'm not hearing that you want to learn about the opinions of Christians, but rather you wish to contend with them about their beliefs. That's boring. Its your choice whether or not to believe and everyone else is entitled to their opinion. Its against The Constitution to block anyone from practicing their beliefs, and against the terms of service for you to discriminate, or personally attack anyone on this site. When a person is born-again of God's spirit, he does not automatically walk with a renewed mind in all aspects of his life (keytopower.22web.org). This assertion is evident in a record in Acts Chapter 8 regarding Simon, a new believer in the city of Samaria. Acts 8:18,19 “And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles' hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money, Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Ghost.” Peter, a more seasoned believer, personally trained by Jesus Christ, corrected Simon, explaining that when it came to genuinely ministering for God, he had woefully missed the mark and had made an error in heart to the degree of wickedness. Verses 20-22 “But Peter said... Thou hast neither part nor lot in this matter [ministry]: for thy heart is not right in the sight of God... Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee.” A born-again believer with eternal life and the righteousness of God can still make mistakes, thinking he is helping when he is hindering. It's refreshing when such a person can receive truthful correction from a more seasoned believer who has no malice toward him. I Corinthians 14:20 “Brethren, be not children in understanding: howbeit in malice be ye children, but in understanding be men.”
