Are Samsung Galaxy Tablets good for animation??

I went to Verizon tonight hoping to find something good for animating. I was originally thinking about purchasing the Apple IPadPro 10in. But, after trying it out, I realized Apple doesn't accept Adobe FlashPlayer and the main reason I wanted something new and better to draw on was so that I could animate on Toonator (which needs Adobe). So, I settled on the Samsung Galaxy Tablet, but before buying it, I would like to know if it's any good from anybody who's had experience with it. I would like to know before I buy it cuz it's 1,200$ :P
