first of all dont eat a good bit b4 u plan 2 get drunk. also drink higher percentage stuff like vodka, whiskey so u can drink less and get drunk faster!

Make sure you do not drink on an empty stomach, drink plenty of water so you don't get dehydrated, and don't drink too much. The day after drinking I have never heard someone say "I wish I had drunk more last night". I have heard plenty of people say "I drank too much last night". Make sure you stay in control and only drink with people you trust.

Be well hydrate BEFORE you drink. Eat a good meal but nothing to heavy or greasy. In addition to what The Squid answered, make sure you follow the old adages: Beer before Liquour, never sicker Liquour before beer, all in the clear Never mix grain and grape (never mix beer and wine) Also, don't drink so much so quickly that your body can not process it and it sloshes around in your stomach. Techinically, alchohol is a poison and your body will naturally want to expel any excess of it. Edited*** Also, the quality of the alochol you drink makes a difference. Well filtered liquors and filtered beers are easier on your body as they have less sediment to process. For instance, if you are drinking Vodka, go for one that is well filtered and pure, such as Grey Goose or Skyy. Cheap liquour will make you sick!!! ---------------------------------------------------- (I will save the preaching "Don't drink to get drunk" for someone else as, invariably, someone will come along and post that...but you knew that already, right? That you shouldn't drink to get drunk? That it is irresponsible, immature and a quick shot to alcoholism? That you should ascertain what it is about being drunk that you are seeking and try to find a more healthy way to acheive that feeling. I am sure you knew that already, so I won't bother you with it. But there is always SOMEONE here on AB who WILL post that kind of answer.)

Make sure you eat before you start drinking. Drink milk to line your stomache. Dont mix your drinks... ie dont have wine, beer AND spirits. Its all a matter of trial and error though because you will probably find that certain drinks go down better than others. Dont drink too fast, drink at your own pace. If you feel sick, drink some water.

Drink good quality unflavored vodka. Drink water before during and after. Eat something before drinking.

stupid to get drunk/sick your night is ruined and you throw your name away,enjoy your drinking and get on a happy stage(not stupid happy)and a glass of water if you feel you are starting to get pissed will make you feel ok.so there is your soulution water every now and then.
