We used to call boot cut "Bell bottoms." Man, oh, man was that a fashion faux pas. Now on to the question at hand. I prefer straight legs, whichever costs the least. I quit caring how my butt looks in those jeans many moons (he he he) ago.

Levi's 501 original shrink to fit are the only ones long enough for my freakish long legs. size 35 x 40, and please don't wash them in hot water or dry them completely in the dryer! LOL +3

Levi's 550 relaxed fit for me, they are comfortable and fit nice. but on a girl there is nothing like a tight fitting pair of jeans no matter how uncomfortable they might be.

Personally I think the best brands are American Eagle and Levi. I'm not a fan of all that extra fabric with boot cuts so I stick straight leg. As for guys, I love any jean that shows off their cute tush!

I have boot cut and skinny. They are from Hollister. I do still wear bell bottom but i mostly will wear boot cut.
