Probably harmless, but it is pretty damn gross. Not as gross as eating someone else's scab though.

i dont think so...i have been doing it for a while...are you just asking? or have you actually done it, cuz i gotta wonder, do yours taste like iron too? lol

i would not do it but think what ever is in the scab you are eating and then opening a entrance to your body for infection

Nearer to the anal region the scabs were, more nasty they would be to eat!
