My Yoga Teacher use to say I look like I have the worlds stress on my Shoulders. I have to say Shoulders but my Head and Neck ache often too. Shoulder rolls release tension that is Yoga but Massage is also very relaxing.

Right now I'd love to have some deep tissue work ojn my upper chest, along my collarbone and across my pecs to help the muscles release their tension so I could straighten up more and get my shoulders back. I think this would help more than work on my aching back as right now I think the source of the pain and tension comes from the front.
